What is DUBTEL?
DUBTEL is a Facebook Voice Chat application with Voicemail and Group Chat. This Facebook application allows users to call all facebook friends while online and any domestic phone number through out the United States. With DUBTEL you can also create a Group Voice Chat with your friends and customers, Group Voice Chats can be recorded and shared as content across all social networks or posted to your podcast.

Specifications and Directions:
Creating a new Theme is simple. Our interface currently consists of a Background and 5 buttons. The creative area will have the following dimensions: 625px × 480px and will be placed on top of a white background (#FFFFFF) in facebook. Please feel free to use your own creativity in regards to the layout and personality of the design. You can submit your final work in any graphics format to challenge@dubtel.com before mid-night on 12/19/2010. (You can also submit your work in HTML with functional rollover buttons if desired). After your entry is received it will be uploaded onto the DUBTEL Theme Design Challenge (DTDC) photo album, we will provide you with a direct link to your submission that you can post in various social media platforms. Encourage your friends to follow your link and leave positive feedback via photo comment. The more positive feedback you receive, the more points you will earn.

- Do not type the URL or business name on the contest wall!
- Winners will be selected by a panel of judges
