This week the DUBTEL One team announced the launch of the DUBTEL One Facebook Beta voice chat application with voicemail. The Facebook application allows users to call all facebook friends while online and any domestic phone number through out the United States.
The initial beta release will only be available to a limited selection of North American Facebook users. DUBTEL One Facebook Beta can call all friends with access to this new beta release and any domestic phone number through out the United States directly from Facebook without a third party application. Beta users can receive unlimited voicemails with the ability to play voicemails online, users can place unlimited calls by using the Call Friend feature.
Since Dubtel's Beta launch on Monday, Oct 11th one of the critical bugs we have been tracking is a login authentication restriction in #IE, #Safari and #Chrome based on how our application is embedded in Facebook. After discovering the login bug, our team quickly jumped on the Facebook Platform Developer Forum looking for fixes or any help we could find.
From the initial search we discovered that one thing was certain that this bug was widely recognized and that Facebook did not currently have a fix for it yet, Eeisshh!!!! This is the kind of news that can destroy your application in the first week.
While our Beta support team were busy working internally on a fix for this issue we received news about the Chilean miners being rescued from the bowels of the earth, two things that seemed to stick out in this endeavor were Hope and Technology.
A few minutes after it was announced the last miner had been rescued, our support team announced a possible
fix for this issue and once again Hope and Technology had prevailed.
The last miner to the Earth's surface was Urzua, the 54-year-old shift boss, who insisted on going after all the others just 22 and a half hours after the rescue began. We hope Urzuas courage guides us through as we work around the clock to ensure our users get the best user experience in this Beta period.
